Requirements for Outreach Membership
New Applicants: A one-time nonrefundable application fee of $15 USD is included with the online application.
Renewals: Complimentary membership may be renewed every year. SQA Headquarters will email a renewal link to existing Outreach members when it is time to renew. If your membership lapses for one year or more, you must reapply and pay the application fee again.
Applicants for Outreach membership must reside in a low , lower-middle , or upper-middle income country as defined by the World Bank and shall demonstrate active professional involvement in research/regulatory Quality Assurance.
Please note: If you or your company are able to financially support an SQA membership fee, you are not eligible for Outreach membership.
Documentation Required
By submitting the Outreach Membership Application, applicants certify that they have read and accept the SQA Code of Ethics, and attest that neither they nor their company can financially support an SQA membership fee. Please note that applications are reviewed and may take 2-3 weeks to be processed.
