*In order for a Chapter to be included on the group tax return, the 990 Authorization letter must be printed on Chapter letterhead, signed by an officer and returned to Headquarters no later than 1 September.  Failure to do so will result in omission from the group return and the Chapter may be required to prepare its own tax return at its own expense.
