Submission Requirements
All ads must conform exactly to the dimensions listed with the
rates. The publisher and printer will make every effort to correct ads
deemed inaccurate (additional fee will be incurred). However, publisher
is not liable for advertisements printed from faulty ad materials.
The following must be submitted by the relevant submission deadline listed for each publication:
- Ad in electronic format (PC or Macintosh), created according to ad guidelines, via e-mail sent to Erin Irtenkauf ([email protected] ).
- Conformity to dimensions specified for each ad type.
- All fonts and images used in creation of ad, even if they are embedded in final ad files
- Conformity to all other specifications indicated for each ad type.
Fee Payment
All advertising rates are NET. There is no discount for advertising agencies. SQA Corporate Supporters receive a 25% discount off the published rates. No volume discounts are available.
Individual Consultant Members of SQA receive a 25% discount off the published rates. To qualify, an advertiser must be a solo QA consultant who is an SQA member with paid dues for the current membership year.
Remittance must be made in US Dollars (US$). If
you are with an advertising agency, payment in advance by Visa, Master
Card or American Express is preferred - please include card information
in your IO. Otherwise, the fee will be invoiced. If invoiced, payment is due within 30 days of ad publication/posting. SQA reserves the right at any time to request payment by credit card in advance of ad publication. A $25.00 surcharge may be assessed to cover any collection fees.
Associations affiliated with SQA by MOU and officially recognized SQA
Liaison Organizations may request reciprocal advertising on a
case-by-case basis. Only non-profit organizations are eligible for this status. For-profit organizations and trade show organizers need not apply.
